Return Policy.

Items Damaged in Transit. 

If your product is received damaged, or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing hi@domoink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. And, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 

Items Not as Described. 

If your product is received not as described, defective or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing hi@domoink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. And, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 

Wrong Address or Unclaimed.

Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you, if necessary.


Unclaimed Orders: In cases where shipments go unclaimed, they will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to yourself, if applicable.

 

Items Not as Faulty or Defective. 

For products that are not faulty or defective, we still offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back plus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that this does not include original art pieces. To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing hi@domoink.com to obtain a return authorization number. 

When we receive the returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

 

Items that are Final Sale. 

Original art pieces are FINAL SALE. Once shipped, we will not accept any returns.
