Who illustrated the artwork?
The founder and artist of DomoINK, Domonique Brown, created each artwork.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped out.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
Standard orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that a business day excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any holidays observed in the United States.
Once your order is prepared, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot promise we can make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please contact our customer service immediately at hi@domoink.com.
Can I cancel my order?
you can request to cancel your order, but it must be done before we start processing your order. Please contact us at hi@domoink.com for further assistance.
What is the return policy?

Items Damaged in Transit.
If your product is received damaged, or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing hi@domoink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. And, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Items Not as Described.
If your product is received not as described, defective or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing hi@domoink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. And, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed.
Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you, if necessary.
Unclaimed Orders: In cases where shipments go unclaimed, they will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to yourself, if applicable.
Items Not as Faulty or Defective.
For products that are not faulty or defective, we still offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back plus a 10% restocking fee.
Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
- The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Original artwork and collectibles are not returnable.
DomoINK reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by DomoINK.
Please note that returns are for a store credit only. Direct exchanges are not possible at this stage.
