Processing and Delivery Times.
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email or text message when your order ships out.
1-5 business days for US and International orders
Processing time for purchases made during the holidays will be closer to 8 business days.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. If you discover your shipping address is incorrect, email email@example.com as soon as possible so it can be updated. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. DomoINK is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address inputed by the buyer.
If your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will be happy to resend, you just have to recover the reshipment cost. Because each item is printed to order, you are not eligible for a refund for a shipment returned to sender unless the order is damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, a replacement is not available.
Note: Mail carriers are experiencing intermittent delays due to COVID-19, but most orders arrive by the delivery time shown in checkout.

These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. International shipping costs may vary. Shipping time is 6-10 business days for orders heading to Canada and 5-20 business days for other international locations.
Our Shipping Process.
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, DomoINK.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
